Common issues

I can't pair my laptop. Make sure the Odex daemon is running on your laptop (odex from your terminal), then open Settings in the iOS app and scan the Trust Laptop QR again.

Login code didn't arrive. Check your spam folder. If it's still missing, wait sixty seconds and request a new one. If the issue persists, email us.

Notifications aren't arriving. Confirm that notification permissions are enabled for the app in iOS Settings → Notifications → Odex. Also verify your laptop has internet access and the daemon is running.

I want to delete my account. Email us from the address you signed up with, and we will remove your relay-side data within 30 days.
